SHELDON GIRLS DEFEAT BRONAUGH

The Sheldon Lady Panthers used a big second half run to earn a 37-24 win over Bronaugh Tuesday night.After three first half lead changes, Bronaugh tied the game at 20-20 midway through the third quarter. Sheldon scored the next 16 points on their way to defeating Bronaugh for the third time this season.
Deborah Lamb led the way in scoring with 14 points and Mariam Lamb added 13 as the Lady Panthers improved to 7-8 on the season. Sheldon will host Miami Thursday.
Bronaugh was led with 9 points from Gretchen Banes. The Lady Cats fall to 0-16 and will take on Chilhowee at home on February 3rd.
