MIZZOU CELEBRATES SENIOR NIGHT WITH WIN OVER NEW MEXICO STATE

Needing two wins to obtain bowl eligibility, the Missouri Tigers took care of the first one with a convincing 45-14 win over the New Mexico State Aggies Saturday night at a chilly Faurot Field.

Brady Cook connected on three touchdown passes while Luther Burden and Cody Schrader both scored twice against the 4-6 Aggies.

Cook completed 19 of 27 passes for 251 yards and added 71 yards rushing before coming out of the game in the fourth quarter. Burden had TD receptions of 12 and 14 yards while Schrader had a 2 and 5 yard touchdown run.

Mizzou racked up 443 yards of total offense in raising their record to 5-6.

Missouri need one more win in their regular season finale against Arkansas to become bowl eligible. The Tigers and Razorbacks will meet Friday at 2:30 p.m. in the Battle Line Rivalry. The Hogs are coming off a convincing 42-27 win over Mississippi Saturday to raise their record to 6-5. Tiger Network coverage will start at 12:30 p.m. Friday on KNEM/KNMO.
