NEVADA POLICE CONDUCTING WALK-THROUGHS OF NEVADA R-5 SCHOOLS THIS WEEK

Nevada Police Officers have been preparing for the upcoming school year.All this week, officers have been taking part in school walk-throughs. Nevada Police Department Lieutenant Amber Williamson says this is something important the department normally does yearly.

While students are not in classrooms yet, officers met with principals, vice principals, and other administration.
The first day of classes for all Nevada schools is Wednesday, August 24th.
