This year's show is Friday, March 17th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 18th, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Nevada Middle School Gymnasium. Post season basketball coverage for the Nevada Tiger and Lady Tiger basketball teams gets underway Monday and Tuesday. The Lady Tigers tipoff the Class 4 District 12 Tournament at Clinton as the #4 seed and face #5 Clinton at 4:30 p.m. Monday. Coverage will start at 4:15 p.m. on AM 1240, KNEM as well as online on the KNEM-AM audio stream and with video coverage on NevadaMO TV. The Nevada Tigers will wait until Tuesday to begin play in the boys district tournament. The second seeded Tigers have a first round bye and will play in the semi-finals Tuesday night at 9:00 p.m. in Clinton against the winner of Monday's contest between Warrensburg and Harrisonville. Airtime will be about 8:45 p.m. on 97.5 FM, KNMO, on your desktop as well as NevadaMO TV.
St. Louis Cardinals baseball is back! We'll have all the Redbirds spring training action on Saturdays and Sundays on AM 1240, KNEM starting at 11:45 a.m. leading up to "Opening Day" on Sunday, April 2nd.
