Obituaries.

Michelle Dawn Sshedrmerhorn, Galena, Ks., passed away Thursday, July 19, at Freeman-West Hospital, Joplin. The machinist was 37. Arrangements are under direction of the Daniel Funeral Home, Lamar, and services are scheduled at 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 23, at the funeral home, 1201 Broadway, Lamar.

Joe Arthur Hartley, Nevada, passed away Sunday, July 15, at his second home in Kissimmee, Florida. The former supervisor of child welfare was 84. Arrangements are under direction of Ferry Funeral Home and a graveside service is scheduled at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 26, in Newton Burial Park, Nevada, with the Reverend Jack Daniel officiating. Memorials to the Disciples of Christ Church are suggested and can be made in care of Ferry Funeral Home.

Shelia M. Harper, of Nevada, passed away Tuesday, July 17 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin. She was 69. Arrangements are under the direction of Ferry Funeral Home and services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 21 at Christ's Church in Nevada with Pastor Robert Fox officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Contributions to the American Leagion Women's Auxiliary are suggested and can be left in care of Ferry Funeral Home.

Thelma Jane Freeman, Lamar, passed away Monday, July 9, at an assisted living facility at Bradenton, Florida. She was 82. Arrangements are under direction of the Daniel Funeral Home, Lamar, and a graveside service is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 21, in the Kings Point Cemetery, Lockwood. The family receives friends between six and seven o'clock Friday evening, July 20, at Daniel Funeral Home. Memorials to a local Hospice are suggested.

Christopher Eugene Hagenson, of Nevada, passed away Tuesday, July 17 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin. He was 57. Arrangements are under the direction of Ferry Funeral Home and services are to held at a later date.
